121 Local Drive Terms and Conditions

Cancellations:

  • A minimum of 24 hour notice is required to cancel a lesson otherwise the pupil will be liable for the full tuition fee.
  • There is a £20 administration fee for any refunds given by 121 Local Drive.

Arrival & No-Show Policy:

  • Upon arrival for your scheduled lesson, I will remain parked outside and send a WhatsApp message to notify you of my arrival. I will wait for 5 minutes.
  • If there is no response, I will then send a text message and/or attempt to call you. I will wait for a total of 10 minutes from the time of arrival.
  • If you do not attend within this time and cannot be contacted, the lesson will be classed as a "no-show". In this instance, I will leave the location, and the full lesson fee will be charged.

Payments:

  • 1 hr / 1.5 hr / 2 hr lessons payment must be received either in cash at the beginning of the driving lesson, or electronic transfer the night before the lesson.
  • No credit terms are offered

Refunds:

  • There is a £20 administration fee for any refunds given by 121 Local Drive.
  • Each block / course must be used within 6 months after which they become non-refundable

Block Bookings / Intensive Courses:

  • Full fee must be paid in advance
  • Each block / course must be used within 6 months after which they become void and non-refundable

Driving Test

  • 121 Local Drive has the final say on whether a pupil is ready to take the driving test, and whether the driving school car can be used.
